厨房油烟对妇女具体有哪些危害

在许多的家庭中,主妇往往是厨房的主角。但一些主妇长时间在厨房操作后便出现头痛、胸闷、眼痒、鼻塞、耳鸣等,如果在厨房时间较为集中,、时间较长、严重的话还会导致失眠,记忆力减退、支气管炎、肺炎等“醉油综合症”,这主要是由厨房中的油烟污染所致。因为厨房中燃料燃烧和油脂加热所形成的油烟气体含有一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氮氧化物以及具有强烈致癌性的笨并芘等许多对人体有严重危害的物质。研究表明,常用食油加热到270oC左右所产生的油雾凝结物,可导致人体细胞染色体的损伤,女性肺癌发率增高可能就是其中一个重要的因素。近年来国内一些大城市,在对肺癌发情况的调查中发现,长期从事烹调的家庭主妇肺癌的发率较高,此外在厨房油烟浓度高的环境下从事烹调作业的厨艺人员,油烟不仅易使其患肺癌,而且对其肠道、大脑神经伤害很大。
